Dr Krontiras took out 3x the number of lymph nodes expected during a sentinel node biopsy (normal is 1-3). They were all cancer - free and she had no answer why she took out so many. I now have lymphedema in my arm which is permanently disfiguring and will have to be covered by long sleeves and compression garments (in this heat!) for the rest of my life. Please find another doctor, we deserve better.

You have to wait a long, long time in the waiting room - usually 1 hour after your appointment time. She does not explain all the horrors of a mastectomy - and she really should. I would never had gone through it if she had been honest with me.

Should of sent this a long time ago but did not know this was available. Dr. Krontiras is a very professional,caring,awesome doctor and surgeon. I was diagnosed in 2009 with Breast Cancer and had my left breast removed. Dr. Krontiras has seen me every year since then and I was released last year because I made my 5 year mark. I am looking forward to my 6th. With God, Dr. Krontiras, Dr. Forero I am alive today and cancer free. I love you Dr. Krontiras

I am very pleased with my visits and surgery with Dr. Krontiras. I have found her to be extremely intelligent and forthcoming - I know exactly what is going on with no lingering questions. Would highly recommend.

she did surgery on me when another dr was not available. it was fairly basic and everything was fine. she was nice but didn't elaborate and lacked the warmth that a surgeon would have when you are so nervous about being cut on. she is knowledgable because she was trained by the best. but she needs to show that she cares in her mannerisms. if you need something major, go with the older more experienced... sir urist!

Dr. Krontiras has a very pleasant personality, with excellent bedside manners. She performed a very through assessment while allowing me to ask questions as well. Her nursing staff phoned the day after surgery and followed up with post surgery appointment.
