My wife and I had to go in for a covid test. The wait was long, as you can imagine, but the staff was great. We had trouble registering online and the receptionist was very helpful. The nurses were friendly and efficient!

First...a visit to any medical center is not the best way to start your day. However, the entire staff made my visit as seamless as possible. I waited in the car until my time to be seen. Everyone was timely and very helpful. I will use again if needed. Highly recommended.

I have been here three times since August and today I brought my sister in because she was having sinuses. WONDERFUL patient care is an understatement. The receptionist was super fun and enjoyable to be around the 10 minutes we waited then we got put into the care of the SWEETEST, MOST CARING nurse. They always test you for everything so they don’t miss anything. Covid, Flu, Strep and so on! We have been to many urgent cares but this is our FAVORITE! That is why we continue to come back!!!!

Wake up at 0230 with sweaty sheets and pillow, head pounding...take a couple Tylenol, right? Hour later, temp is 101. Aah CRAP, ima covid19 zombie with co-morbidities!! Made online appt. with Alexander City Main Street Family Care. They texted me to come inside before I even got there! 15 minutes of super TLC and while waiting for PCR results, the young lady says, while checking my ears, Bingo, your ear is infected. Covid19 and flu results negative. She took blood to verify and to check antibodies per my request.2 jabs in the butt for the infection. 10 days of antibiitics. A week later I'm a new man!! Thank you ladies for superb care and service!I've already referred 4 others to see you when in need!!!
