List of Main Street Family Care's Reviews
I only have one complaint and that's the wait time but I feel like the service I received the care, attention, and dedication the staff showed us was worth the wait although the needle guy is straight and to the point the PA is absolutely knowledgeable about what she does thank you so much Main Street for being here.👨⚕️❤️
Great experience. Online registration was so easy had me in and out in an hour on a Friday night! 10/10 recommend!
Very friendly and passionate towards what's going in with patients. Front desk girl's very helpful and nice personality. I live in Florida and much prefer using this office rather then ones closer to where I live.
Care day of my accident July 6 2020 was very good. They sold Medicare a knee brace for 5 hundred dollars that had a 10 year warranty. It started fraying almost immediately. I live in Amarillo Texas . I called several times to get replaced. I was willing to ship to them and have them ship back to me. Phone calls never returned. After finally speaking to someone that was very short with me I was informed they would not ship.
I have great experiences when I go there. Mandi is the best when it comes to listening and explaining procedures and processes!
I came to the office on Tuesday at 12:45pm. There was one patient in lobby. The rude or dense girl said what u want? I said I am very sick, all Covid symptoms I needed help. She said, "we not taking patients for Covid. You go online and fill out forms and we will call you for your appt." I had my son to take me home and we tried to complete forms 5 times. The driver license photo would not stay there when entered. No phone call yet. Very poor service especially for a sick older person.
The clinic was filthy, the wait time was absurd and the friendliness of the staff was non-existent.
Called for appointment & was told to be here at 8 the next morning. Tried to register online for a covid test but it wouldn't work. Was told there was 2 in front of me & I've counted 10 so far. Asked how long & they told me they were waiting on one room. I've seen 3 people called since. These people are liar's. Asked again & the girl asked my name & said, ohh I had you mixed up with someone else. Now after 3 hours I'm 5th in line. I cancelled & will never go back.
This place is one of the cheapest around but it is awful. I live about 30 minutes away. They do not separate the non sick from the sick. You have to register to be seen online and they text you when it's your turn. You have to wait your turn which can take a long time. And if you say anything to then about the wait, they will purposely let people skip you. I needed a TB test read and drug test. I had to wait from 8:30am till 2:06pm to get the text saying they are ready for me. I got there about 2:30 then had to wait in the waiting room with other patients for another 1.5hr. When I got there there was 1 guy. 3 other people came after me. They were all seen before me. Probably because I told them that it was ridiculous how we had to wait like that.
Everything! I had to wait almost 7 hrs for a 1 min TB test read and a urine specimen. I get if I was sick to wait in line. But people who are NOT sick and ONLY need a lab test/read should not have to wait in line with people who are being seen for a sickness.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
