I brought my daughter in on a Thursday with terrible stomach pains everytime she tries to eat. We were sent for some tests and I still haven’t got a response from the dr and I’m writing this on a Tuesday. My child is sick and most likely in need of a surgery but I cannot get a response from the office whatsoever. And it looks like I will just have to go to the er. Not to mention she called my preteen female child fat and told her to lay off of the pizza. She doesn’t eat pizza and she is not over weight!! She is in fighting sports and is mostly muscle. The child doesn’t get to decide what they eat that’s up to the parents right? She also questioned why we do not allow her to have certain medications when this dr is the one who decided she is allergic and made the call to not give her this medication. I am absolutely disgusted and cannot believe the treatment we are receiving from these people. Staff and all. I changed doctors. We will never be back.

Alexis was Rude and disrespectful … Not very knowledgeable. I was told to bring my 7 year old in for some 4year old shots . Not acceptable.

Overall best children's doctors office I've ever been to dr. Martin does All she can for every child that enters that placeShe's one of a kind as well as her staff of nurses and assistants. Gets u in to the point and out.

Staff is constantly going home early. I have attempted several times to go pick up my kid prescription and they go home at 1pm and 2pm on fridays. Hours online say theyre open till 4pm. Also they were closed the whole week of christmas and fall break. No notice given to the patients. We are changing providers
