I have been getting treatment here for over a decade. Dr. Esposito is stern but fair, and he does care about his patients. The Staff and Dr. Esposito Headache Management are total professionals with a friendly disposition and atmosphere.

You never have to wait long in the waiting room. The office staff is very nice as you enter and leave. Dr. Esposito listens and cares about your concerns and issues. He works with you for your best treatment. I highly recommend Dr. Esposito.

ALL of my specialists are in Birmingham,EXCEPT for 1, Dr.Esposito! He is definitely 1 in a million,& by far, the best& genuinely the most dedicated, caring,thorough, compassionate, knowledgeable, kind,& all over BEST physician(& person, in general),with the best,most personable& genuinely caring bedside manner! I’ve had the honor of both being a patient of,& having had worked with him(I’m an RN& have worked with the majority of physicians in the area,& though there are TONS of wonderful ones,who I hold in the highest of regards, he is THE BEST, in my opinion,for many reasons)! I 1st began seeing him for migraine headaches, but,for the past,nearly 3 years,now, I’ve been seen& treated by him, due to having long covid,&,amongst many other covid related health conditions,in different systems in my body,having a TON of scary, hard to pinpoint or diagnose,dangerous&severe neurological conditions, that I developed,& that multiply, as a result of covid&that worsen with each time I contract covid. He is SO dedicated to each of us patients, going above& beyond for each of &does whatever it takes, to properly diagnose&/or either provide treatment for,or at least,do all he can,to alleviate or improve as many symptoms as possible, making them more bearable; thus improving quality of life. I honestly can’t think of any words that I could use, to describe just how wonderful & dedicated of a physician& person he is;& can’t sing his praises enough! Dr.Esposito has the BEST bedside manner, is genuinely kind& cares for&about everyone in his care, as each is his #1 priority,who he will do & does anything for;as well as their family members /caregivers. He’s 1 of the last of a now rare breed of doctors,who dedicates himself to do whatever it takes,to provide each patient with personalized, individualized care, that can’t help but to make you/each patient, feel special& knowing your not only in great,caring,knowledgeable & healing hands, but you’re being shown respect, that your voice is also heard, your thoughts& feelings about your issues discussed,& your wants,needs,& wishes,regarding your care, become a part of your treatment plan.With him, you aren’t just a number. Unfortunately, unlike so many physicians these days act&as well as being a nurse, I can say that, unlike many other physicians,Dr. Esposito is a medical staff favorite,as he is always as genuinely kind, willing to assist the hospital staff,helpful ,respectful& appreciative to every medical professional,no matter their title etc! Thank goodness, because, as a medical professional, that, in itself means A TON! As a patient of Dr. Esposito’s, you know you’re in the best hands possible, he naturally makes you feel at ease,& that you are his #1 priority, or even his ONLY patient;due to the time he spends with every patient,getting to know each,& doing ALL he can, to make you feel& know that your health& well being are always his top priority. To wrap things up, not only is Dr.Esposito amazing,genuinely kind, caring, thorough, respectful ,very easy to communicate with, a great listener,is dedicated to each& every patient, is compassionate,& it’s very evident that every patient is provided with the highest quality of care; but this also describes his wonderful & amazing office staff! This is my only physician who I dont dread going to;as everyone in his clinic is amazing& truly compassionate & caring;& I know that everything he is doing to help,diagnose& treat me, is in my best interest& his top priority! I highly recommend Dr.Esposito to anyone,be it patient,caregiver etc, to anyone who needs the care, help or opinion of a neurologist. He goes above& beyond for each& every patient,& without a doubt, I can guarantee that you will be as impressed,pleased with your care,comfortable& as grateful to be in his care as I’ve been,for many years!

Dr. Esposito was very patient with my father. He was genuinely interested in what my father was saying about his condition.

He always takes time to listen to me and really cares about what issues I am dealing with. Sandra he receptionists is awesome there is nothing she and Miss Lisa can't handle. I'm so blessed to have him as my Dr.

The staff is friendly and helpful. Dr Esposito is wonderful. He even took care of calling in my Vitamin D - which my family doctor ignored. I've felt much better! Thanks
