Dr. Moersch has been my doctor for almost 10 years, she also delivered me and my sister. She knows my family history, and shes the only one I trust as a OB/GYN. She is patient, kind, friendly, caring, etc.

Need to change hours on here. I needed my next perception and they close early on Fridays and Wednesdays not at 5!!!! Not happy.

Dr.Moersch is patient, kind, and tries to call back personally if you are having problems, which I just had a major one. Let me tell you, when you have something serious occur, she is thorough and waste no time trying to help resolve it as quickly as possible. She's a wonderful physician! As for her staff, I've seen alot of negative reviews, and this is what I know having had, at times, had long waits. Dr. Moersch is in high demand, she is booked up over a month in advance, and yet she works in patients who have emergencies all the time. I can attest to that personally. She is, number one, not going to rush through surgeries and deliveries even if that puts her behind at her office, she took her lunch break and did an emergency procedure on me Tuesday. Number two, when she gets there she will not rush through one patient just to get to another. Her office staff in turn have a lot to manage and a lot to shuffle. They have never been rude with me, but they are also very busy. Dr. Moersch's services are worth the wait and they really do try to expedite things, but they never sacrifice quality for quantity.

Office staff is rude and unprofessional. Dr was dismissive and falsely documented medical record. Had to make several attempts to get records. Charging insurance for procedures not done.

Great caring, loving attentive Dr. Her front office staff is horrible. Wait is 1hr or longer past your appointment.
