Dr Bateman is kind and tries to explain everything so you can understand what is going on. His staff however is very rude. I had a procedure done and have called because my medicine isn’t working 3 times the past 2 days and was told each time the nurse would call me back and I haven’t received a phone call back. The staff tried arguing with me before my procedure over what dr Bateman told me he would be doing, that he would be doing something completely different just to talk to dr Bateman on the day of my surgery and it be exactly like he told me at my appointment. Idk what the deal is with the staff but they are ridiculous!! Great ent just needs new staff!!!

Looking at all the hateful comments on here I’m shocked! Dr. Bateman is absolutely wonderful! I’ve used him for years. When I was younger he took out my tonsils and adenoids and he has had the privilege of seeing both my two girls and recently putting in tubes in my youngest ears. He was so great and patient with us and listened to all my concerns and told me step by step how things would go. My daughter is one who is terrified of doctors but he made her feel so comfortable and she loved him! If your wondering if he is the right one you should see, he is! Don’t go by these comments! He is the GREAT! I always recommend him! And my family uses him to and they will tell you the same thing! He’s the best you could use!

Dr. Bateman diagnosed me with a sinus infection. Turned out to be cancer that almost killed me. His bedside manner was completely rude. He insulted and offended my mother at my bedside. Dont waste your time with this slob.

The staff are very unprofessional. I bring my 4 year old to see Dr Bateman because he has some issues with his ears. And today I had to bring my 19 month old with me. My daughter was crying so one of the staff members came in and said that we had to go back to the waiting area and that I needed to get off my phone and watch my kids. All I was doing when she came in was check a text. I think that was very unprofessional of her.

Dr Bateman is the best!!! He performed my tonsillectomy at 19 years old, and I would highly recommend him to anyone!! He is very compassionate and I had a great experience with him.

This Doctor (if you want to call him that) is by far the most unprofessional and rudest man I’ve ever met. He talks to you like you are nothing and could care less to hear what you have to say. He does the least exam he possibly can. He does not have any manners what so ever. I would not recommend anyone to be seen by him.

I feel he saved my husband's life by cauterizing a blood vessel that was hemorrhaging. I highly recommend Dr. Bateman!!

Was referred here by my doctor for seasonal sinus issues that I've been dealing with for years. The doctor talked a lot about different things but didnt really address my issue. I explained that it has been getting worse each year. His solution was to just give me antibiotics and recommend I take mucinex. Told me if I'm not better by time antibiotics were done to come back. Sorry but I'm not going to keep coming back over and over to have him do the bare minimum and not actually try to do anything.
