Had a wonderful visit. Just hard to reach unless you call first thing in the morning.

I was to have surgery! I gave them all the information and labs that needed to be done. I got the labs done and waited and waited to be medically clear. Linda took her time. I called every single day to get my medical clearance, labs and etc done. I waisted 5,000 dollars. Also I been here a year and never spoken to dr Carla Thomas. Seems to me she doesn’t even work there. Only person that actually work there is Linda and he receptionist. If you need help where a doctor can check you out please run far from this place. They can only check vials and she will write up a referral to go somewhere else. Please do not go here if you care about your health !

I went to this clinic a few years back and they were nothing but nice to me and as thecothercreview above me no I didnt see her either but she has a very competent NP that is sweets can be : they put me on what was called a charity case but I didn't care I needed medical attention and got it thru them they done e everything they could to figure out my problem and she did Md I was and am very grateful I now need some other things checked out and will be going back so thank you Carla Thomas keep up the good work in our community we need more like you (I'm uninsured and it's hard to be seen without it but they will ) as I said this was a few yrs ago Ndm back then it was pay if you had money or pay what you can or of you cant you cant to me that I'd so generous and I know people like myself sometimes just do not have the money to go to a doctor she makes it easy and not embarrassing again THANK YOU DR.THOMAS I APPRECIATE YOU AND IM SURE THERES MANY OTHERS THAT DO TOO. I have never met a more incompetent, inconsiderate and careless doctor in my entire life.

Absolutely terrible. She barely spends any time with the patient. Does not care.

Dr Thomas is caring and thorough. The staff is friendly.

Extreme incompetence. Does not need to be in the medical field.

Due to her gross incompentence and neglience and lack of patient care, my brother suffered and died unnecessarily.

I have a family member that was seen by this doctor... I do not recommend her at all!!!

Has been a God send to our family. Mom suffered a heart attack at home in 2016 which ultimately led to organs shutting down and she went septic. Extensive stay at Noland (4th floor long term care at NEARMC ) then 2 months in rehab. 6 month stay all together. My mother was unresponsive and in a coma for 3 days. Her liver enzymes were over 4,000. Normal levels around 50. Mom was on feeding tube for wks. Had to learn to do everything all over again. If it wasn't for Carla's constant keeping up with everything and alerting all of her Drs any changes, she wouldn't be hear today.At RMC again with heart issues again. She calls mom at home to check on her. This stay and her other 6 month stay, she came am & pm everyday to check on her.She was also my doctor for many years as a child. Very extensive , knowledgeable and caring. We love her. When your doctor greets you with a hug and calls you at home, their your kind of people ❣️❣️❣️❣️

RUN!!!! RUN FAR AND FAST! After 2 YEARS I've never once been seen by Carla herself and I deal severe spinal issues needing surgeries. You will NEVER see this lady I promise. I've been seen by her NP Linda. She is an absolute ANGEL from heaven. But she can't do a lick for your pain. Not her fault though. If you need to see an actual DOCTOR...RUN LIKE YOUR LIFE DEPENDS ON IT BECAUSE IT DOES!!! Seeing Carla is like a kid seeing Santa on Christmas....never gonna happen.

Dr. Thomas keeps a full agenda, and does her best to provide general medical support for everyone equally.

Very unresponsive to billing issue followup. I've been trying to get this resolved over 3 mos. When I call, I'm told to talk to LInda. She is never avail. They won't call me back. I can't get past gatekeeper. Father Steven said I have to have another appt. to see her so I set up appt. When I get there, they don't have me down for appt. But, the receptionist says they already submitted paperwork. A month more gone by. I call to follow up. You have to talk with Linda Ugh!!! I just need 5 min!

Dr. Carla has a very subdued gentle manner. She and her nurse practioner collegues treat anyone, but Dr. Carla's heart is for her geriatric and low income patients. She is very knowledgeable and will build a solid relationship and knowledge about her longterm clients, who have great loyalty for her. She cares deeply and will remember you on your next vist-- but she is not overly demonstrative. Her main office is a clinic in a historic house. Somewhat unconventional, it feels comfortable and homey. The office does a good job of providing high quality care while also caring that they don't destroy thier clients budgets.
