My father had drastic weight loss and he had no concern. I also worked there during medical school. He shows up 2 hours after his first appointment is scheduled for those that are wondering why you wait so long.

I visited Dr. Chalk for the first time to get established as a patient. My appointment was at 11:15 and I wanted 5 hours before I was seen. He noticed a spot that he wanted to look at. Came back for a visit that was scheduled for 10:30. I was his first patient of the day and he did not arrive until 12:00. Then I had to come back to have the spot removed. Once again appointment was at 10:30 (first appointment of the day) and as of noon he still has not arrived. Front desk extremely rude

Rude staff and rude nurse . Refuses to provide compassion over phone and in office . Check in and out staff nice & polite. Lab polite & never does he feel like cow being prodded. Why does a patient sign a wife or family member may be involved and share in care when it does no good at all. Very concerned about communication
