Loves giving whatever the Big phar7ma rep is pushing. Greedily taking out whatever money he can from this area but considers himself too good to accept Medicaid, this states own insurance.
Dr. Maddox is one of the best doctors I've seen in 20 years dealing with my back.
I went to Dr Maddox for several years. I would have stayed with him but it was always a problem for me to get there. He is Awesome and I would recommend him to anyone. His staff are all very sweet and professional also I never had to wait for hours to be seen most of the time not even one
I recently had surgery for getting the Boston Scientific stimulator. Dr Maddox and his team done an excellent job and im very happy with the results so far !
Do ya really wanna know? I just fired him. Exactly he works for me and others. We choose the dr. Etc.
Customer service is awful.
Love this guy he is the most understanding pain management ive ever been to and listens actually listens to what ails you.
I ❤️💖💕 Dr. Maddox & Staff!!!
Dr Maddox is a terrific Doctor. He makes me fill at ease when we talk to each other. He also makes me laugh. I would recommend Dr Maddox to anyone in need of a Pain Management physician. He really helped me.
Ok so I never had a PM doc before. I have PPO insurance so I'm thinking that I don't need any special docs. I went to the website it said book appointment online. So I did. It said they will call be back for confirmation. They didn't. So I call to make sure I had one. The old lady that answered the phone was rude to hell and back. I never wanted to cuss someone out so bad. I explained that the website said one thing and she's saying another. No need to be so freaking rude. I understand you have been sitting at that desk since moses but if you don't like your job retire. Also fix the website and be specific. You can not tell me that what I seen doesn't exist. Telling me know doesn't change the fact that it is there. Not to mention when you call it clearly says you can book appointments 24/7. So my review is about the rudeness of the 1920's switch board operator and the unclear non-specific instructions on the website and the phone message thingy. Point being retire or learn to be a people person. You get respect when you show respect.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
