Worse experience ever. I ordered a new pair of glasses for $800. I asked for a copy of my prescription when I picked up my new glasses and when I compared my prescription it was the same that I had gotten in 2014 and the same as the 2 pair I already had. I would NEVER have bought a new pair of glasses that was the same as the 2 pair I already had. I was told that they looked at my 2013 card. I was there in 2014, 2016 and 2018. The only thing they offered to do was take the frames back for $198 and I would keep the lenses. What good is 2 lenses with no frame. Never again will I purchases glasses there.

Office workers do not communicate with each other. Dr. Keys seemed like he was in a big rush and did not listen to me.
