My fiance will not be attending this office anymore. From the staff to the Doctor it is horrific. They have no cares for their patients and do not run things efficiency. From not working according to the posted office hours taking longer than usual lunch breaks and being rude talking to patients I do not recommend this office to anybody. My fiance and I have had the hardest time getting anything completed through her office from insurance to paperwork to getting prescriptions filled it has all been a hassle. I repeat if you live in the area do not and I mean do not go to this woman. I would go to anybody else

Love Dr.Ballard.. I've been a patient of hers for 12 years now she delivered three of my children. she is the best she makes you feel comfortable and lets you know that she cares about you and your babies.

My daughter has miscarried twice through her office and never saw her. negligent, does not return calls, has trainees working on patients. Will never let my family or friends go there.

I love love love Dr. Ballard, she's delivered two of my children, BUT it seems like she's never in the office she's always gone when I call to make an appt! Luckily I scheduled the birth of both of my children, or I'm afraid someone else would have delivered them! She's an excellent doctor, I just don't like having to see the nurse practitioner or another doctor because she's never there!
