Dr Gaines is the worst experience I have ever had with a doctor ,he talked to me like I was a unwanted animal I'm 65 years I've seen a lot of doctors and this was the worst long story short I wouldn't even go to this QUACK for a cold don't waste your time .

Dr. Gaines is absolutely phenomenal! He has a wonderful personality, impeccable bed side manner, and is extremely thorough in caring for his patients. He is efficient, communicates well, detail-oriented, and SUPER kind. The way he shows compassion and care with his followup is unmatched. I would definitely recommend family, friends, and strangers to Dr. Gaines.

Dr. Gaines is who I see and who has treated me over the last three years. He is NOT arrogant! Dr. Gaines explained from the start of treatment, what was happening with me and took the time to explain his treatment plan. I have chronic sinusitis and have a lifelong chronic otitis issue. Dr. Gaines goes above and beyond in taking time with each patient so that their problem isn’t a mystery. I am a silent witness to his treatment of both young and old patients in a caring fashion. I’ve seen his attitude and respect is done with genuine professionalism. I recommend him to anyone seeking a serious family doctor who knows his patients. He’s all about the concerns of each patient. Went as a walk in and to establish nee care. I also needed 3 controlled substance, which i tolf them on the phone befotr drving 30 minutes to get there. When i finally arrived, i was told they couldn't see me or fill my scripts

Fast (we’re talking doctor office fast and NOT real life fast) and the customer service was AWESOME! The doctor actually listened. Then, he summarized what I said that my symptoms were and then explain his diagnosis and prescription in terms that I understood.
