Dr. Klein did an emergency stint on my husband and came and told me what all was going on after the surgery. Then took the time to call my daughter in law in Indiana who is a pharmacist to tell her all they he did and what the action plan was to get my husband on the road to recovery. He has checked on my husband every day sometimes several times a day to be sure he was getting the treatment he needed. We highly recommend him!!

Way too much attitude from office staff when trying to make an appointment. I understand paperwork is necessary but so if effective communication.

Dr. Kline had contacted me with results from an appointment that I had with him. I called his office to make the appointment and got the voice message to leave a message and someone would get back to me. I left a message with all my information and waited for three days with no response. I called back a second time and left a message with no response. I waited tell the next day with no response and called back, again I had to leave a message. Again I didn't receive a call back. Finally on the fourth time calling his office I actually got someone to answer the phone and was able to schedule my appointment. I asked the lady that answered my call if they return messages and she told me they do. I explained my experience to her, and her response to me was I don't have you on my list. Dr. Kline himself is great, but his office staff definitely needs to look for work elsewhere.

I came in with extreme pain coming from my Kidneys. I got a CT scan done. I waited in the lobby the entire time of my visit. I never met the ER Doctor the entire time there. I'm hard of hearing, and they did not follow ADA regulations. I was treated as if I was an inconvenience, and they hurry me out. A few days later, I ended up back at the Emergency room again for the same pain. Where I ended up having emergency surgery. I don't understand why they couldn't provide the proper care the first time. I ended up coming to RMC on four different occasions. The staff treated me like trash. The staff and doctors lacked the integrity, or care patients deserve. I asked for an interpreter because I'm hard of hearing, and the nurse/ receptionist said that I did not need one. That's makes two ADA rules RMC did not follow. We scheduled an appointment with a medical malpractice lawyer to prevent this type of treatment for future patients.

Dr. Kline is very thorough and truly cares about his patients. I would recommend him to anyone!

My husband was charged 25 dollars for an appointment that he knew nothing about. Dr. Kline told him he saw nothing wrong. He said call if you have problem. My husband never called nor was he aware of appt. No one called us for the appt they said they made for 6 months out. My husband's job would not be possible to make appt 6 months out. They took charge off and then added it back. The woman said we dont let people leave without appt. I have been a pt of Dr Kline for 13 years and never had a problem nor owed. them anything . She basically said they don't make mistakes he had to be wrong. This BS for 25 dollars.

Great doctor! Very attentive and thorough, very skilled. The staff is awsome, so freindly and helpful.

Best doctor in town , there's a reason there office is always busy and they go above and beyond to help you . the staff from the front office to the back is so friendly and makes you feel like home . never felt nervous

Dr. Kline is an around the clock physician that has helped me find relief for a very difficult situation in my life. Thank you.
