MIchael Sesay's Online Review Report Card

Can't ever get ahold of anyone. Refills take weeks. Appointment times take forever and are set at weird time. I haven't been seen in person in over 2 years thanks to covid and there still doing by phone appointments. They never call you back with test results. Looking for a new doctor.

Tbh Im not going back there because the wife tell me one thing and the husband tell me another. they have me on medicine I don't think i need to be taking because its affecting my body.

I have been a patient here since 2019. The doctors are very thorough but other than one older nurse that does the check ins the rest of the staff is so unfriendly and unhelpful. Since Covid I would call in every 3 months for my refills but in the last 6 months I can’t get anyone to call me back or call in my refills which they have been doing for almost 2 years now. I even call the front desk, nurses station and refill line and nothing. These are meds that I have to have everyday and I don’t know what I’m supposed to do.

My stepson was in a horrible accident, he still has rods on his legs from the accident. Hea had 6 surgeries, and still waiting for an orthopedic Dr to have the Rodas and pins removed. I ask Dr Seasay if he wanted to see my sons legs, I could send him pics they look to be infected No, he said! He is wheel chair bound. If he travels, he has to go by ambulance. He is in so much pain, he screams from the pain. This Dr would not even call him in a Tylenol! He is also on blood thinners, and antibiotics, he would not call none of his meds in, a Dr in Georgia is the one that prescribed him his last pain meds, antibiotics, and etc...We changed to Dr Seasay and he won't call anything in!!!

Dr. Essay and his wife are great! It's their staff that is horrible. They never answer the phones n very rude. How can you hv a office with staff that's unprofessional n you not know or care.

I love Dr.,Sesay. He has been so good to me. He spends time explaining things and has a good relationship with the nurses. Dr. Sesay and Dr McKitty have always done what ever they need to in order to keep my health on track. He works very well with all the specialist that I see as well. I believe he is very thorough.

I would not give a star but I want my voice heard the doctors always been nice and kind but the staff especially the white girl what's a ponytail behind the desk is a I'm not even going to say she is rude every time I go in there I do not say how she has her job still the one who takes blood is awesome person she is the best thing about that place I would not recommend this place to anybody if you're going to have a job like that you do not be rude to sick people absolutely uncalled for she needs a new job

He Is A Very Sensational Doctor Very Caring BUT……His Office Staff is VERY RUDE!!!…I Have Yet To Meet A Person On His Staff That Was Nice Or Even 1% Kind

I have been a patient here since 2019 and I have always liked the doctors. However the staff are absolutely horrible! I have never in my life had so many issues getting my refills or even getting a person on the phone! Called this am to hopefully get an appointment due to issues with my mouth and was set up with a phone appointment at 3:30 that call never came! I tried to call at 4:30 and their answering service answered and said they had closed early today. So not only do have to wait even longer to be able to eat anything but I also have to wait for refills as well. Not the way to run a practice!

This office is very unprofessional and unorganized. I was hung up on and when I called back no one would answer the phone. I used a text app number and called and the receptionist picked right up. I would NOT recommend due to to rude office staff. Dr. McKinney was very nice and sweet on our tele visit.
