UPDATE THIS DR HAS CHANGED MY LIFE BEFORE GOING TO HIM I WAS TO THE POINT OF NOT BEING SURE IF I WOULD BE ALIVE TO RAISE MY DAUGHTERS NOW I AM ACTUALLY ABLE TO SHOP SOMETHING I HAD STOPPED DOING BEFORE FINDING DR SHUBAIR. I have just recently started to Dr Shubair and I am very pleased he ask me questions about my asthma I have never been ask I am impressed so far he ordered test to try to find out why my asthma is getting worse and told me I should not have to be living on prednisone that they were to many new medicines on the market. He also did not push me saying I have sleep apnea when I passed the sleep study. He is a great doctor

We love Dr. Shubair but the receptionist with dark hair is very unprofessional. She seems to get easily overwhelmed and frustrated. If you need something done she acts as if you’re asking the hardest thing imaginable of her. Dr. Shubair and his expertise are the only reason we continue to go to this office.

I'd like to give zero stars. He is heartless, cold and sorry excuse for a doctor. If I had to choose between seeing him and dying, I'd choose death.

Dr.Shubair is a professional, compassionate, and caring physician. He is the kind of person who, regardless of your condition, causes one to feel better when leaving his office. I highly recommend Dr. Shubair to anyone seeking the care of a dedicated pulmonology physician.

Cant speak of the doctor since I have yet to get to see him, but I can say they do not do calls that remind you of the appointment and verify if you are coming, a feature i for one need since part of my disability effects my memory and a lot of things get overlooked or forgotten as a result. I have recently undergone a heart procedure with some complications so I just realized I missed a much needed appointment that was set earlier in the week, and the answering service today *they close at noon on fri it seems* was not only the most rude answering service I have ever dealt with, they blatantly refused to take a message as is their job, because they didnt consider my issue to be an "emergency". I'd like to see the old hags degree that allows her to determine what an "emergency" is. In my experience, "emergency" calls tell you to hang up and call 911 or go to the nearest E.R. I plan to make a formal complaint on this matter. Hopefully they will take the matter seriously and deal with the issue before it effects others.
