Naresh Purohit's Online Review Report Card

The receptionists all act frazzled and super busy ALL of the time but they would rather talk about who's dating who or what so and so boyfriend did to them, they do it loud and in ear shot of anyone in the building, and sometimes it gets nasty. This is a pediatric clinic, with kids, who don't need to hear who is boning who. Trying to call to get test results is the hardest thing anyone will have to do, they will put you on hold over and over again without saying a word, and after you've been on hold for 45+ minutes to finally find out the test results, they say a nurse or Dr. will have to call you back, and you guessed it.. they don't. They always close 30 minutes early so if you try to call 30 minutes before they close they've already shut their phones off and forwarded the phone calls to answering service, which is some elderly lady that literally just answers the phone to tell you they've closed and to try back tomorrow. Something needs to change with the staff the Dr. hires because this place has gotten so bad, he must really be scraping at the bottom of the employment barrel to get these kind of inconsiderate overly rude people.

I absolutely LOVE Dr purhoit and his staff.. He was both my kids pediatrician and now he is to all 3 of my grandson's.. I highly recommend him and his staff..

I would give 5 stars for Dr. Purohit's pleasant bedside manner but if you take your baby to him and he gives you a diagnosis and you feel in your soul something else is wrong with your baby, DO NOT hesitate to get a second opinion.

We came two days after our baby was born and they let us all (2 adults and a child) back there with me. two weeks later we have an aptmt and only one adult can go back there now. and ive had surgery and cant carry the carseat. b.s. staff sucks.

Does unnecessary hearing test insurance won’t pay for

It’s too bad a good Dr lets his assistants do unwanted and unasked for tests (hearing) just for money that insurance won’t cover.

I’m shocked at the amount of rude encounters I’ve had here. I was a patient here and since I’m 18 my Medicade runs out so now I have to find another primary doctor.. I just had my 18 year old check up this year and I had a set of shots to take.. I took one then and then a couple months go by and I call to schedule another appointment for my other shot. Well unfortunately I called and they said they didn’t have my shot on the record.. Not only that but I called at 4:30 to get a quick referral for southern immediate care and they tell me the office is closed... they close at 5. Over all this place isn’t thorough and very rude staff almost always. It’s ridiculous, The Dr is very nice the but the nurses are rude.

It is so nice to call here and every time they are so so helpful and understanding. I really appreciate that. Thank you to the ladies who schedule appointments.

Good doctor for kids, highly recommend
