I've seen both Dr. Patel and his assistant ACNP Shane Williamon, on two recent occasions. Both doctor and acute care nurse practitioner were fantastic. They explain everything in understandable fashion. They both put me at ease over a worrisome medical issue with their knowledgeable communication skills and expertise. Their staff are friendly, the business is immaculate, and my wait times were minimal. I would not hesitate to recommend this pulmonology clinic to anyone seeking quality of care.

Dr. Patel and his assistant Shane are hands down the best. U know you are in great hands when my heart dr in bham spoke highly of him.

Would give the sleep techs 10 out of 5 stars. They were so fantastic, helpful, and supportive. Would give Dr. Patel 0 stars. The 3 minutes I spoke to him, I was crying (just frustrated that the study itself gave no answers to my fatigue) and all he really told me was "crying won't get you a narcolepsy diagnosis."

Dr. Patel is great, so are his nurses, but getting his administrative staff to send in forms to the insurance company or medical service providers is another story. Whoever is in charge of stuff like that either needs to be fired or demoted so they can get somebody in that position that does their job in a timely manner
