Dr. Sanders is absolutely phenomenal! She has a wonderful personality, impeccable bed side manner, and is extremely thorough a in caring for her patients. Her staff (esp. Heather) is efficient, communicates well, detail-oriented, and SUPER kind. I would definitely recommend family, friends, and strangers to her practice.

She misdiagnosed my mother as having a stroke. After 3 months of begging her to look deeper into our mother, she suggested we take her to the emergency room if we were so concerned. We did and they did an MRI and found she had a brain tumor. She never had a stroke!! She nor Dr. Vincent even came to tell us this! This doctor is very cold and doesn’t want to listen to you. She might be knowledgeable but doesn’t have heart and without a heart for your patients your one cold doctor that truly doesn’t benefit others. Compassionate people are important in every profession !

I just started seeing her and she was very caring and ask me questions to try to find out what was going on with me I saw her one day and went the next for an EEG. All the office staff I talked to were nice and caring. They do have in place rules which did not bother me they tell you ahead of time what to expect.

I do not know anything about Dr. Sanders, she may be a good doctor. But giving this doctors office a 1 rating is too good. I was a patient of Dr. Vincent's for almost 5 years. The last year has been a nightmare. I have epilepsy and take medication that she prescribed. I usually would have an appointment every 6 months. For the past 3 months it has been like pulling teeth to get my medicine refilled, and because they would not phone it in, I had to get the pharmacy to give me an emergency supply. Last week, I had an appointment but had to cancel because I had the flu. Yesterday, I got certified letter telling me they were terminating me as a patient because I did not keep my appointment.
