Been seeing Dr. Crider since 1996. Very thorough in his work.Very friendly staff!
I will preface my review by saying I never got to meet these people because becoming a new patient is so cumbersome. My husband and I moved to Huntsville last year and finding an in network primary care doctor has been next to impossible, so we started branching out into the surrounding areas and thought this office looked promising. We also had a local recommendation! My husband called to make an appointment and was told he couldn’t until he filled out an application and turned it back in. Well, I tried to pick up a paper application because we were told we couldn’t do it digitally. I showed up in person at the office, called and followed the prompts posted in the window, and got an answering service saying I was calling during lunch. That’s the only time I was able to show up. I saw people coming out and thought oh, maybe I can catch someone’s eye and they can give me an application before they eat! Nope. After getting past all the DO NOT ENTER WITHOUT PERMISSION signage I found the door locked, and I didn’t see any paper applications anywhere in the breezeway, and no one was inside visibly. By then I was pretty frustrated so maybe there was a paper application somewhere, but if there was, I didn’t notice it. If this is how I’m treated before I’ve even become a client, I don’t want to be one. In my mind, a business should want to grow and take on new folks. Some folks only have a 12 o’clock lunch hour to do their business unless they’re taking valuable time off. If an application is going to be required, it should be more easily available. A digital process would have been great, and so would a new patient application sitting outside the front door. I’m hopeful still these might be good folks, but we’re taking our business elsewhere. Hopefully this review helps them change their application processes so it isn’t so hard for folks in the future to get an appointment as a new client!
Dr. Crider is one of the top rated primary care doctors in the state of Alabama by multiple insurance companies. He is very thorough and cares deeply. He does everything in his power to help people. It’s very telling that only people who gave Dr. Crider a bad review admitted they never met him or were treated by him. Anyone who has the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Crider can expect excellent treatment and care.
Caring and thorough. Nice small-town clinic where you don't have to wait long or sit in a crowded setting to be seen. He listens to cares and concerns and works with the patient on the course of treatment.
He has saved my life more than once!!
Dr. Crider is an excellent doctor. He is very thorough and cares about his patients well-being.
Rude staff. The staff is very rude and I cannot speak for the doctor as he would not accept my husband as a patient due to my husbands medication.
Good doctor cares about his patients
Dr. Crider goes above and beyond for his patients. I will not go anywhere else. His staff are wonderful and very pleasant to be around. Great doctor with a great staff. You really can't ask for anything more from a GP than what he does.
Dr. Crider is an excellent doctor. I have always found him attentive, ready to diagnose any problem I have.
Dr. Crider has genuine concern for his patients. I have known of him to call and check on them after he gets home at night and on weekends. He is very thorough and won't give up until he discovers the cause of his patients problems. He doesn't just brush people off if the issue isn't immediately apparent. I would highly recommend Dr. Crider to people of all ages.
Very caring and accomplished.
I like Dr. Crider a lot and would recommend his office and staff
