List of Main Street Family Care's Reviews
Scheduled online, needed a rapid test to attend a concert. Got a text saying to wait in the parking lot. Was there for 15 minutes. Received a second text saying to come inside. Sat inside for an hour. The place was deserted. Staff loudly carried on behind closed doors. I was never called back. Wasted an hour and a half. Absolutely unacceptable.
Went yesterday for a very sore throat from being around my nieces cat that I’m allergic too. Was told that their protocol for that was to test me for flu, covid and strep. I informed the nurse who roomed me that I’ve already had a negative rapid and PCR test, that I just want my throat re looked at because it had gotten worse. So I agreed to the flu and strep.. The nurse practitioner came in after my results where done and told me that she couldn’t give me any type of treatment because I denied their covid test and put me out of work for 10 days even though I just had that all done. So then I was pretty much forced into taking another covid test so I could get a steroid shot because they wouldn’t do anything for me otherwise.. If you want an urgent care to go to, I don’t recommend this one.
It took me 4 and 1/2 hours of waiting to just get a covid test. And after the test the lady tells me she will be back in 20 minutes with the results yet I waited a hour. It's just way to slow.
If I did my job like most doctors did their job I wouldn't have a job anymore some people actually have to prove they can do a job but not doctors it's check in pay check out I could do that
I went to see them about back pain 3 months ago. But am just now getting charged. They charged me a total of 656$ for one shot but claimed 3 shots on my insurance. Now my insurance won't cover part of the bill. When I tried to call to get it resolved the clinic informed me they cant handle anything with billing even though they are the ones who charged me. I was told at the front desk all I owed was 20$ for my copay. I paid that. I contacted the billing department and the lady just said "you owe what you owe there's nothing I can do" totally unwilling to help or take off the charge. The last time I went I had to get x rays so I understood the extra charge which they billed me for a week later. And I paid. Why this time did it take 3 months?
The people who work at the desk are so rude and disrespectful. I used to go there, but you couldn’t pay me to anymore. Thank goodness for Lakeside North for always being pleasant and respectful to everyone.
Unless you are just wanting a covid test, don’t Easter your time. You will get a covid test and sent on your way. No treatment. Only covid tests.
Zero stars! My husband had a brown recluse spider bite and we got there 2 hours before they closed and she would not accept him because we had not registered online and registration was closed until the next day, and there nothing about that online or no signs in the office about that, Will not recommend them to anyone!
I went because I had an itchy rash. After registering, I sat for two hours waiting to be called. The person at the front asked me who I was. So frustrating! I was there for 2 1/2 hours. They act so unorganized.
This urgent care used to be the best in town, that is no longer the case. Very disappointed with the treatment that my son and I received recently. We’ve both been patients since they opened. In the past the care was top notch, not sure what has changed but it’s not the same quality of care as before.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
