The doctor’s and staff are great I love them so much I just don’t get what’s the point of making appointments when you still have to wait almost an hour to be seen and I get some of the time but this is becoming a on going thing

Dr. Michael Nelson has been my family physician for over 15 years and were so bless to have him in our lives as our medical doctor and good friend.

Dr. Nelson is the best choice you can make for a doctor for your children. He is wonderful about taking the time to explain anything you need to understand and he truly cares on a personal level for each of his patients. He is completely up to date on current research and can reference specific studies when talking about treatment options. We drive 40 minutes to get to his office and we think it is worth it We’d drive further to see him if we needed to He will listen to you and make sure he understands your questions. Finally Dr. Nelson will take you seriously and will make sure you feel confident that your health concerns are addressed.

Best doc I know

This is not a reflection of Dr Nelson he is probobly THE best peduatrition around it’s a reflection of the HORRIBLE front staff in the office worst customer service I have ever experienced at a doctors office . We deal with it because Dr Nelson is worth it but today takes the cake . My child was sick for 3 days with a fever and soat throat and ear ache over ther weekend so no Dr office open I called Monday am for an appt and was told he was booked but can come wait waited 1 hour to be told her coverage wasn’t active reason we have calls out about but of yet unknown then told we need to leave or pay . Tried to call every number to get an answer for the insurance and no response left voicemails . Went in to pay out of pocket to be told we have to come back in 45 min because now they’re on lunch and then we can come and wait all day if someone cancels .. sooo if your kid is sick you can see a doctor unless you know ahead of time when they’re going to be sick so you can make an appointment. What the hell is weomg with this world when a sick child gets turned away by their doctors office or is made to wait a while day to be seen ????

Dr. Nelson is my mothers primary physician..has been for years..he is excellent at explaining to her what she needs to be doing at an health standpoint.. hes very polite and understanding.

My kids are grown now 23 21 amp 20 years old and I have always used Dr. Nelson. He is a Wonderful doctor kind patient caring and he knows my kids medical history. My kids are not a they are his patients that he knows and cares for. We are blessed that he is in our area to see our kids

I been with Dr Nelson since my boys was new born and still we continue to go trusting him with any problems we may have my boys are now 9 and 11 years old i have recommended Dr Nelson to my daughter who trust him as well with her 2 kids and 1 on the way he will soon meet hopefully..we love Dr Nelson☺

Dr. Nelson has been both my childrens doctor since the day they were born and Ive made the right choice The only thing is I have to drive 45 minutes to get to his office and its worth it I do hate I have to make that drive once a month just to pick up my sons medication because it cant be called in being a controlled substance he has ADHD but I guess I have no choice. Still when my children are sick need a check up or if we need to catch up on how my son is doing with ADHD and his medication Im always satisfied with Dr. Nelson He takes his time and listens to everything I have to say and he is very thorough. You cant find many doctors who will listen and take their time and show their interest in not only your children but to you as the parents Oh let me also add one day Dr. Nelson patted me on the back and told me several times what a great job Im doing and how Im a good parent How many doctors do you actually know who will do that to brighten your day
