Hands down the worst "care" I've received in years... just moved to AL and between bad doctors and insurance scams am ready to move away again. When I finally saw Dr. Davis, whom immediately discounted my medical history and many years of successful treatment he proceeded to pick a fight, flat out told me I'm wrong and a liar and completely ignored my diagnosis from my previous doctor(s). With his "treatment" (which was borderline-malpractice, prejudiced and scientifically unsubstantiated) I was prescribed the wrong medication (which the insurance I have specifically for the correct medication - won't cover) and sent out the door with the threat of having to endure his backwards methods next week. Congratulations, if your goal is trying to help people and save lives you have officially failed as this type of care is exactly why addicts relapse and avoid treatment. In my 4+ years of successful treatment (11+ years of accumulated sobriety) this is hands down the worst experience I have ever had, ESPECIALLY considering the field of addiction/behavioral health. His methods embody the essence of the South's reputation for close-minded, bad business and backwards practices. As a member of a family highly valued in military, defense, space and Huntsville community I am ashamed; and as a human being I am appalled. If anyone else has had similar experiences please know that you can do something about it by emailing the ceo/cfo of the practice and sharing your story as well as on forums and by writing to your relevant elected official(s). Staff was friendly and professional.

I was in office on 11-24-21, I was set to revive a 30 day supply. Only a 14 day supply was sent to my pharmacy that I could not pick up because it would affect my insurance in a way that I would have to pay out of pocket for the other half when it is sent in. I called the office and was told it would be fixed. It was never fixed and they closed early. With this being the day before Thanksgiving, the office would not re open until the following Monday. Therefore this ment I would run out of a medicine that helps prevent withdrawals and cravings, without it I become very sick. I called Monday and was told it would be fixed and it never was. Tuesday same. Wednesday same. No script sent to pharmacy, no call back to me. Today is Thursday and I'm in full withdrawals and it has still not been fixed. THIS IS HOW PEOPLE RELAPSE AND DIE. but y'all don't seem to care about anything but your money. I would not recommend my worst enemy to y'all. This is not my first issue with y'all. This is just the last straw...

My son went there twice. He has been in therapy for 23 years, had multiple therapist through those years. He has trust issues and has quit therapy before because of this. He had an appointment with a therapist he was just getting to know and received a call that she was no longer with them. No explanation just wanted him to switch therapist just like that. H4 needs therapy now more than ever because of his medical condition and once again his trust has been broken
