Was not honest on being in network. Was not really taking my insurance because not adjusting price. Called on a Thursday at closing and left message of full amount due for procedure the next Tuesday. Closed on Friday. We canceled on Monday because we could not do that amount much less up front and had tooth emergency removed later and battled Covid. We sent letter explaining. They waited a year to bill us and immediately turned account over for collections. Now we are being harassed. They billed our insurance, never performed procedure but still wanted $900 for consultation. This is dishonest and greedy. Taking our insurance and being in network are two different things that should have been explained fully.

Wisdom teeth surgery done a few years back. All 4 teeth taken out. No pain at all. Was able to go completely off pain medications the next morning. Very little swelling. Would highly recommend.

I have had two sets of two implants with Dr. Satterfield. He was very thorough and easy to understand when explaining the procedure. He gave me all the pros and cons and even other options if I wasn’t comfortable with the implants. I had very fast healing, with little pain! I was amazed at the dental work that was done with the very small amount of discomfort afterwards. Also, his staff was very knowledgeable, friendly and comforting. I would go to no one else for major dental work.

God sent for sure!!! He is amazin. The staff as well. So kind and caring. So comforting. The level of care and compassion goes over and beyond business...its real. They genuinely care and it shows. They deserve 100 stars.

Dr. Satterfield took my wisdom teeth out back in 2001. I had no swelling and didn't need to take the first painkiller. He couldn't have made me feel more at ease. I still recommend him to people needing oral surgery!

My son needed a dental implant due to an injury to his front tooth. Dr Satterfield was very friendly and put us at ease. He explained the procedure to us and answered all of our questions. Being a nervous mom I had plenty of questions. He did the implant and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. His staff are really very nice and accommodating. We didn't have a long wait for any of our appts, and the staff made us feel welcomed.
