Be ware of being charged premium/specialist co-pay on your initial visits for seeing a doctor when you only saw a PA, which is a cheaper co-pay, because Brittney will try to tell you it's the higher charge when it is indeed, not. Back patients:The doctor who does the back shots should have his license revoked because he does not care one bit about his patients, just padding his pocket. Sat for hours past appointment time (after driving an hour) with a bad back, and when we checked to see how much longer there were still several people ahead of me for the procedure! Would've had to sit literally all day in a hard chair until he got to me. It's all about making money for the doc, NOT your care. Then, when you want your records because you're over their BS you'll have to go through a foreign third party, so enjoy that. I strongly suggest finding a better practice. Huntsville, or even Birmingham. Could drive two hours to B'ham, have procedure, and be home before I'd get through TOC. Ridiculous.

I had total hip replacement surgery and received physical therapy for seven weeks at TOC in Athens. My therapists were Cassie, Brad, Tim and Ethan. The therapy was very effective and helped with my recovery tremendously. They were knowledgeable and explained the exercises clearly and made certain I was performing the exercises correctly. They were compassionate and their attitude showed they really wanted to help me to achieve in becoming stronger and walking well on my own. All were friendly and I enjoyed conversing with them. From the personable ladies up front who always welcomed you with a smile to the techs in the back whom administered the stem treatments and were always kind and courteous and made certain you were comfortable with the treatment, the entire staff was great! TOC Athens is the place to go for exceptional service! Thank you so much.

I just completed knee replacement physical therapy, and I cannot say enough good things about Athens TOC Physical Therapy. They were very hands-on when needed and were very clear and encouraging on the exercises and stretching even on the really tough days. I met all my goals with their help. I wasn't left to my own devices at all. I formed a good relationship with everyone who worked with me. There also seems to be a good synergy and comraderie with all of the staff. Shout out to Seth, Savanna and Jacob and the great techs. A very positive experience for me.

I spent the last 6 weeks with this crew and they were wonderful! From Ms. Ginger always greeting me with a smile up front to the PTA’s and very smart PT’s in the back. Very efficient and helped me tremendously!
