Like other reviews Dr. Richardson also had me go through every test in the book despite the fact that my previous neurologist had detailed notes. I expressed that I had an irrational fear of needles and my previous doctor prescribed a single use Xanax to help calm my nerves for the upcoming Botox treatment. A reasonable accommodation and one documented multiple times with my previous neurologist. Dr. Richardson instead prescribed me an equivalent. Thinking nothing of it until day of the procedure I took the equivalent an hour before as instructed and knew by the time I got to the office the medication was not actually equivalent. I was edging on a panic attack in the wait room. Expressed that I was not comfortable and was bullying into continuing with the procedure. I proceeded to have a full blown panic attack and after everything was done he told me I need to get a psychiatric evaluation. I was so shaken by the whole experience and his cruel treatment. Gaslighted into feeling like the problem when my reasonable accommodations were not met. If I could give 0 stars I would.

No matter what your reason for visiting Dr Richardson he will send you for 25+ labs 18+ vials of blood to fill takes more than 1 poke btw MRI EEG EMG and more.  I have 4 coworkers that went to him and it was the same thing He will exhaust your FSA and wallet only to find out all tests were normal.  We all had the same experience.  His staff wasnt processional. You definitely feel like theyre in this for the money and no other reason.  Also avoid cancelling wout 48 hours notice or they will charge you $170+.  You will also WAIT and WAIT and WAIT for your apt.  Likely 4560 minutes in a tiny room just waiting.  I had this experience as did all of my coworkers.  AVOID THIS GUY

Thorough neurologist and his staff is amazing but youll be waiting FOREVER to be seen. A 30 minute appointment will take you at least 1 hour of just waiting to go back in to a room. Add another hour for him to even talk to you.

Ive seen Dr. Richardson for several years and he is absolutely one of the most thorough and tenacious doctors Ive known when it comes to figuring out what is wrong with you. He is truly a patient advocate I have found him to be kind caring and thoughtful. He never rushes me and always addresses everything Ive brought forth. He has helped uncover potential life threatening issues in me and I am forever grateful. His staff is super helpful. Friendly and accommodating. People often complain about wait time in his office? I say he is worth the wait and individualized treatment you receive.

Id give negative stars if this were an option. My PCP wanted me to have a nerve conduction study performed however instead of just setting up an appointment for this the doctor apparently insisted that I first have a consultation with him.  My experience in the past has been that the consultation happens at the same time as the test but after reading reviews about this doctor on another site it appears he just wants to collect additional money.  Oh well I went along with it but it took days of me having to call his office because my calls werent being returned just to make the appointment.  On the day of the appointment my boss was ill and could not make it in.  There are only two of us and we cannot leave the office unmanned so I had to cancel.  I was told someone would call back because the doctor had a cancellation fee policy which I found to be odd and unreasonable and I was certain that could not be enforced they had no information on me.  Of course as their status quo would have it I did not receive any return call and when I called I was told that because I cancelled on the same day the doctor would not agree to see me at all.  I literally laughed out loud when the receptionist told me this.  How absurd

Very professional and very informed. He got right to the point. I liked his bedside manner. I highly recommend him to anyone.
