Just called to make an appointment to see the Dr and apparently they feel their financially sound because they are no longer taking any new patience. Sounds like a top notch office to me.

DO NOT COME HERE AT ALL!!!!!!!!!! I really needed to see a doctor about my back. I do not have a primary care physician, and considering this place is not too far from my house I decided to stay up instead of going to sleep like I normally do after working 3rd shift the previous night. First off, their answering machine says they open at 8am. I get here and the doors locked. I call their answering service and the lady said they open in 10 minutes. I waited for AN HOUR and the door was still locked. I open the other door that's unlocked thinking it was really the lobby since duh their supposed to be open. Then a rude woman asked me what I was doing like I was an idiot. I said I am a walk in and needed to know what time they open. Then she asked for my name and I gave her my name. Then she rudely said well we arnt open. I said your answering machine says yall open at 8am. Then she rolled her eyes and said that must be wrong, we do not accept walk ins, and we arnt accepting any new patience. Very rude, unprofessional, and a total waste of my time. Now I will not be able to go to the doctor until Monday morning and my back hurts so bad I can hardly work. DO NOT COME HERE PLEASE.

Competent, caring physician. Excellent manner...very friendly. Dr. Reiland is also an FAA Airmen's Medical Examiner. I highly recommend this practice.
