Cold and uncaring. Staff acts like you are bothering them when you call. My mother is dying, on hospice, and i had a question. dr reiland was very short with me on the phone, no concern at all for my mother - she seemed ill and impatient that i interrupted her.

She gas very friendly personality.

I have been going to Dr Debra for 20 years. She is very knowledgeable and caring. She listens and explains and doesn't hurry you in or out. She is truly a caring and professional doctor.

Dr Debora Reiland is my doctor at Attalla health care. I had a hip replacement surgery and came in the nursing home for rehab. She is a wonderful doctor! When I get back home from rehab, I will be changing doctors to Dr Reiland!

Dr Debra is one of the best doctors I know! She’s sweet, caring to my mother, she make my mother feel safe knowing she cares about her health! My family has been seeing her since they were starting out in Sardis at the free /based on your income clinic . We love her!

I injured my fi get, staying at a hotel wo a car today. I called this Doctor's office be ause i could walk to it. It is the only available doctor that I am able to see. They refused to see me, were rude on thhe phone and wished me luck. BTW, thhey wanted to know who insured me. I have good medical insurance. At what point did Doctors decide that helping the injured in a difficult situation was not important?

Both Doctors Reilland are exelent physicians and very good people. They have helped me with complex problems.

Was told Dr. Reiland was accepting new patients but it would be over a month. Was told to call my ins company to see if they were in their network..they were. I got there to pick up the packet to fill out...like they told me to...before they could even start the appointment process. I got there and they look at me like I'm from another planet..like I'm not human and don't deserve their time. The woman told me that Dr. Reiland isn't taking new patients, they never heard of my ins. plus never heard of the woman who reccomended me to them. They are very RUDE and unprofessional. If that's any indication of what the Dr. is like...wow. You are known by your representation. She is NOT represented very well. Find another dr. Don't waste your time.

I have used the services of Doctors Debbie and Andy Reiland for several years now and I have no hesitation in saying that this has been the best physician patient relationship that I have ever had (covers quite a few decades as I am well into senior citizen status). They take their time and are always willing to explain things thoroughly. Their approach is holistic as they are both physical fitness enthusiasts.

Great diagnostician. Does not have a attitude and will quickly work with other specialist if needed to find your problem. She is especially kind to geriatric patients and their families. One of if not the best family practictian in Gadsden/Attalla area.
