Office staff have very nasty attitudes if you don't like your job you need to stay home or find another job not dealing with people you don't know what a patient is going through with and have to deal with nasty attitudes is not going to work if office staff does something to help a patient out don't throw it up in the patient face especially if the patient did not ask you to do it when the patient was going to do it themselves also to without patients you probably won't even have a job to go to.
If I could give no starts I would. She prescribes anti-depressants off label and then doesn't care to refill them, and makes you wait a month to get an appointment. She pushes cancer drugs even though I cannot take them. Then she pushes Lyrica and Cymbalta after I said I don't want those. I can never be seen in a timely fashion. With hardly no patients the visit still required 90+ minutes, most just waiting. She couldn't bother to refill the medication I needed even though I've already called and visited the office a second time in the same day. Her office staff is the most hateful I've ever dealt with. She sends her assistant to give weight loss flyers while telling me Tylenol and Advil need to be taken, but if I am going to take so much I need a prescription stomach medicine, that can be bought OTC. Her quality of care was decent several years ago but I would rather suffer and set my copay on fire before being seen by her anymore.
Doctor Massey herself is very good. But all of her staff feel no urgency for their patients. I’ve been waiting for over a year to start my infusion therapy. I’ve waited for 2 weeks for a call back on medication refill. They finally called me Friday morning and said he’d call it in ASAP.. still no refill. Now I’m having very bad withdrawal symptoms because I haven’t had the strength (lower dose) that I need.
I arrived to my appointment (early actually) and was taken to a room to get my vitals right away. The assistant took me to another room to wait on Dr. Massey to come in. After sitting on the table undressed for an hour with a paper gown on I left. I understand doctors have a lot going on and they get behind but this doctor is NEVER on time. I value my time so if you value yours I would not go here she doesn’t care how long you wait.
I'm really lucky to have found Dr Massey. She always willing to try something new if the meds your already on aren't working the way she feels they should.
Dr. Massey is the worst doctor. Every patient is diagnosed with fibromyalgia. I went to because my former rhematologist closed. I had my medical records sent to her before my first appointment. She never addressed my osteoarthritis. She simply said that I had fibromyalgia and prescribed 250, 37.5mg Tramadol pills. The second appointment that I had with her, she still did not address my osteoarthritis. She asked if I was still in pain and told me to take 5 37.5mg tramadols a day. I did not schedule another appointment with her. This doctor is a pill supplier nothing else.
I'm so thankful to find Dr. Massey's office. She provides excellent care, is very knowledgeable of my chronic illnesses, very professional, and is always compassionate. I receive care monthly at the Montgomery office. Her staff is excellent and I enjoy my 2hr visit with them each month.
its a nice place, but long wait but very helpful
Dr. Massey is a wonderful doctor. She wants to figure out exactly where your pain is coming from and how to treat it. If you have a concern on a regular visit she'll take time with you. If you are coasting along she'll make sure your meds are updated and you can get out and on with your day. I'm so glad to have found a doctor that could finally diagnose my fibromyalgia and make that part of my life easier. I love her and if you're looking for a great doctor call her clinic.
Does not accept Medicare patients!!! My wife waited 6 weeks on an appointment and was told by the receptionist that she could not be seen. I went in and tried to pay out of pocket for their services and was refused. Worst experience I've ever had with a healthcare provider!!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
