J. Reed Cooper's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Cooper is very knowledgeable. He has diagnosed every problem I've had correctly. Other doctors have not.He has a very kind and caring disposition. He really listens and wants to help you feel better.I am lucky to have him as my general practitioner.

Horrible Customer Care. I can understand the weight the pandemic takes on a practice. This office however is terrible. Messages are left with the receptionist for call backs. They take forever to get into contact with you even though they have not seen patients in the office for quite some time now. They put you on hold for long periods of time, with no patients in the office. When you finally get someone on the phone they either are incompetent or don't care about the reason you contact them. This was the case even before the pandemic. The Dr. would come in, spend less than five minutes with you but bill the insurance company for an extensive visit. He would leave out to take care of something and send the nurse back in to dismiss you without even asking if there was anything else you needed assistance with. Horrible place!! Their beside manner leave a lot to be desired. Look elsewhere...I'm sure there have to be better options than this place!

I have been seeing Dr. Cooper as my primary physician for over 20 years now. He has always taken the time to listen to what I had to say, showed genuine interest and concern about how I was doing, and treated me like a real person. This has not always been my experience with other doctors. I would highly recommend Dr. Cooper to all of my friends and family.

Dr Cooper was rude to me. He walked out of the room and I thought he was coming back but a nurse came in instead and said I was free to go. I told him that I wasn't done talking to the doctor and he told me that I would have to make another appointment. I will not be going back to him ever again.

He is a great Doctor and I have always had positive experiences with him with every problem I’ve had. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a trustworthy and professional Doctor.

FANTASTIC Dr!!! He actually takes time to sit down and listen & spend time with you. He’s easy to talk to and explains diagnosis in terms that are easy to understand. If you have an emergency, he’ll actually do whatever he can to find a way to get you in THE SAME DAY you call, unlike other Dr’s who will tell you to go to an ER or walk-in clinic. Refills are even easier (they have an online refill system!) And the nurses are OUTSTANDING!!!

Excellent doctor, listens and communicates extremely well. Takes his time with the patient. I was very lucky 14 years ago when I was looking for a GP in this area and my landlord recommended I try Doctor Cooper.
