You can leave a message to be seen as referral from your primary doctor. Doesn't matter. After days of my sweet mother trying to get an appointment for my dad.. She heard nothing from them. Not even a courtesy call. I called number from the website, left message, hung up.Within minutes a woman calls me. Very unpleasant stating she went back through call logs and never received a call from my parents. She told me there is a 40+ waiting list and they should call Grayson & Associates. I asked her to call my parents with this information and she said "no.. She's not a patient" In which I responded, "neither am I but you called me" As common courtesy this place should let people know that they are being refused so they can move on. I really don't want anyone that I care about to go to this place

Dr. Berlotserkovskaya attended our family member with impressive skill and care. She has been unfailingly kind and communicative with both the patient and our family and we have been profoundly touched by how caring and how truly attentive she's been in dealing with complex medical issues that have required careful monitoring and adjustment of treatment. I would choose her without hesitation to care for any family member or friend who needed psychiatric or neurological treatment.

Dr. Belotserkovskaya helped us enormously in what had been a very difficult diagnosis. Her expertise in both psychiatry and neurology and her excellent communication helped us to understand a situation that we truly needed to comprehend accurately and comprehensively. I unreservedly recommend her as an extremely acute and sympathetic practitoner. We feel very fortunate to be under her care.

My father n law was in the hospital for several days and primary Dr was going to release him. Dr Olga requested that he be sent to her. We thought he had dementia but after research she found he had cancer. The primary totally missed it. He did not have dementia and after chemo his mind cleared up. We will forever be grateful.
