We just moved to Alabama a few months ago. All the staff was welcoming and helpful in getting past medical records for my kids and setting up necessary referrals for my disabled child. Love Dr. Wester. She is very kind. The whole office is great.

First visit to this office, Dr. Wester is great with listening to our concerns. Medical staffs are also nice and attentive. I only gave 4 stars because the front office is not very welcoming knowing that it is a pediatric office.

My children have been going to the doctors office for about a year now. Well today, I made an appointment for my son to get seen because of a rash on his face and his right foot (he won’t keep any shoes on his right foot). His dr was full so I was told that he would see Dr.Pickens. She literally came in the room, looked at him, asked questions about his rash and said she would prescribe hydrocortisone. Then she told me that his foot look fine but she doesn’t have time to examine it because she’s backed up on patients and just to follow up with his dr, which is Dr. I was so shocked because how can you say that you DONT HAVE TIME

I gave birth to a beautiful baby girl last week and she had her first pediatrician visit a week ago. I chose to go with a doctor at this office based off a recommendation from my cousin, who is a DNP. When I walked in, I noticed they have a sick lobby and a well child lobby. I appreciate this separation. The front staff helped me and it wasn't too long before we were in the back. Our pediatrician was very friendly and gave us good information. She took her time and we didn't feel rushed. I made the right choice with selecting this office for my daughter's care.

My kids have been coming to this office since 2017. We love Dr Pickens and her staff but if you’re scheduling an 8am patient why have them here 10-15 mins early if you don’t open the doors until 8am. I’m only saying something because this is not the first time we’ve experienced this. Thank you keep up the good work!

The doctors and nursing staff are wonderful, but the last few times we’ve had to call for an appointment the same rude lady has answered. She is very unprofessional and nasty in how she talks to people. I dread having to call for anything knowing I’m going to end up with her answering.
