Overall after 3 years I continue to get professional help with the Group. The staff is friendly, kind and caring; office is always clean. The actual visits go smoothly and are usually on time. They offer multiple treatments and services. During COVID they provided me with continued support. I’m so thankful for the progress I have made. I look forward to more of the same.

He is very thorough and explains everything so you can understand. Nurses are very helpful and professional also.

I had an appointment on Thursday November 12, 2020 for a urine test which I did. Nurse Vanessa Daniels called me twice and I missed her calls. Now I am told to reschedule my appointment on December 11, 2020 for a 15 second phone call which my medication will have run out. She gave me instructions to have a xray performed, and I will have to wait for the results next month as well. The frustration just intensifies the pain I'm already feeling. This is totally unacceptable.

Was not treated properly for my level of pain,have Osteoarthritus,have had 2 knee replacement because of it was put on disibility by a government disibility doctor in 2014 because of my bone ailment.Have been taking pain meds since 2006 after first knee surgery,clinic put me on Lyrica and stopped my pain medicine,causing me to be in severe pain.

Dr. Pisaturo saw me at my first visit and afterwards, essentially never again. Not sure why he elected to be a pain doctor when he has no emphathy and won't even meet with patients about medication changes he demands. I've been dealing with a severe pain condition for over ten years that is documented and has required multiple surgeries. I don't even know if he realizes this since he never meets with me, but his nurses certainly don't seem to recognize it. I could not recommend enough that you avoid this "doctor" and his clinic.

It's hard to comment on a doctor you almost never saw you're entire time you were his "patient," but I can say with certainty that Dr. Pisaturo has no empathy and has not dealt with substantial chronic pain in his life. I have a longtime nerve condition that causes excruciating pain. Rather than working with to develop a good regimen, Dr. Pisaturo's staff (again, I never saw him) repeatedly would come to appointments with directives to reduce or remove certain meds, so I would have a certain "opioid score." Worst doctor and office I have ever dealt with. Thankfully, I have moved on.

I doubt if there are words to truly describe how grateful I am to Dr. P, from his bedside manner, to the time he spends with you to make another sure you understand everything and he understands everything to give you the best options possible. I have dealt with SLE LUPUS pain since 1995, moved here in 2018, this is the 1st physician to truly and genuinely made me feel like I mattered and my pain was validated. Too the time to explain several options...OH MY I can go on for days. Dr. Pisaturo gets 10stars from me. I will never look for other help. I now know things I didn't know about pains I have had for many years. MY HUMBLE HUMBLE THANKS TO HIM AND HIS AWESOME TEAM. I PRAY GODS FAVOR OVER ALL OF YOU. 🤗😊😇🙏

Dr. Pisaturo has a great heart to deal with so many hurting people. He has changed my life with the meds he prescribed and made life worth living again.

The amount of time, level of interest, extent of his questions and the detail of his answers to my questions were all well beyond what I had experienced in my past. He remained involved at a primary level, meeting with me (in addition to his staff) during each appointment until the treatment plan was determined and he was able to confirm with me that it was working. Given the significant practice growth, I now see other clinic physicians, but could see him upon insistence. Highly recommended

Had my first appointment with Dr. P this week. He was excellent. Explained options, gave me information to research, was kind and caring. I wish all doctors, no matter their speciality, treated patients as he does. His nurse was also kind and sweet. She was great, as well as the office staff. I hope all of my visits go this well.
