Dr. Wood addressed all my concerns and really listened to me. She recommended several products that could help me. I feel very comfortable having her as my primary care physician. I have seen her in her office at least 4 times and she has been very thorough and caring.

I love Dr. Wood. She listens and explains everything. She takes her time, and I never feel rushed! Its always been a speedy visit for me, as far as my time in and out of the office.

Unable to reach her or staff. Left several messages with no return calls. Assistant sent prescription refill to wrong pharmacy . Unable to reach her to let her know that. I've left several messages. Informed her that I'd scheduled my annual appointment for an earlier date because I had one pill left on this particular prescription and needed it refilled immediately. I'm truly surprised because I got a good feel for her when I saw her that day. Think maybe her assistant isn't telling her these things. Still don't know if prescription has been corrected. No call from Alena, her assistant, yet.
