Horrible experience at this place. Sheets were nasty. I had a broken fan leaned against the wall for air circulation that made a horrible noise. Needed paperwork filled out for work and have been lied to several times. They charged my insurance $8K for a sleep study and no one ever called me to go over the results. On top of that they over charged ME and gave me a bogus number to call who then told me to call the same office back! The nurse practitioner couldn’t tell me anything and her expertise was in a whole different, unrelated genre. I I’m starting to wonder if this place is a sham! I’m in the process of filing complaints, having my insurance investigate for fraud and going to the local news media. If I could give negative stars I would!

Cannot begin to detail all the things wrong with this business. Deplorable. Customer service, clinical skill, follow up. All poor to abysmal.

WOULD NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! So now its been 2 months and no one in the office has followed up with me. I have a re-called machine and can't use it so I am sleeping without a medical device that they subscribed to me. For some reason I can't seem to get a replacement or even get the doctor to respond to my urgency. This place needs to be held accountable!

I don't have anything positive to say about this place at all. I have been trying for 5 weeks to get a new CPAP machine because the one they subscribed to me was recalled by Phillips. I have physically gone in, and called 4 times over a 5 week period and every time I call I have to explain my story over and over. Shouldn't a place like this make notes on my record or charts. How hard is it to call in a subscription to get a new device? The doctor was suppose to follow-up with me.... NEVER DID, the lady at the front desk was suppose to follow-up with me.... NEVER DID. I finally got a different person "Jessica" today and seemed generally concerned with my issue. Lets see what happens. My next step is to get my lawyer involved. This has been a horrible experience!!!

Rooms were clean and neat. Staff was fantastic! Very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. The location is in a nice, but secluded area.
