You were all kind and very fast and professional
6 Nov 23 Dr. Rubery and his CRNP Alaina are always great. They always take their time and are very concerned about you well being. They both are very professional, know their stuff and very personable. The front staff is also very friendly. Great practice so glad they are my Doctor and staff Oct 2022 Dr, Rubery, his assistant are always great and take the time to discuss any health concerns and resolutions. They all have a great personal and professional disposition. thank you for that.
I love Dr. Rubery! I’m not a fan of doctors at all, but after some gallbladder attacks left me in my floor paralyzed with pain— I was forced to reach out to someone and I’m so glad I found Dr. R! He’s down to earth, kind, and makes me feel at ease. I got my gallbladder out (he put me in the hands of an amazing surgeon!)— so on top of feeling better, I’m just lucky to have someone I can go to when I have issues arise in the future. Be that… my heartburn, etc etc etc. Dr. Rubery has been a blessing!
Dr. Rubery and Alana are both phenomenal and do an outstanding job explaining everything so I can completely understand it
Dr. Rubery is such a kind doctor and he explains things very well.
My father in law has been seeing this man for too long He gets seen for a cyst on his pancreas that doesn't seem of importance to him and most recently had a Colonoscopy performed where they informed me through EMAIL,.we couldn't even get a phone call The report explained that he removed precancerous polyps , but since they took 15 years to take form then he would no longer need a colonoscopy! When I questioned the sanity in that, the nurse responded by saying he would be 85 by then, am I going to put him through surgery?! Trying to act as if I'm in the wrong for desiring preventive healthcare for my father in law! I informed her that other cancerous polyps can form and we even have young people dying of colon cancer and she had no efucated response. When you hear that the medical field is killing our elderly, this is why and this doctor is at the top of line on creating sick care and yes, completely agree with those that speak of his very bland personslity! I'm so over people who put themselves up on a pedestal because they've sat through medical school and carry a piece of paper. I'm baffled by someone taking an oath to help bring healing, when instead treating our elderly and others this way!
I loved Dr Rubery. He helped me on several occasions and was very professional and caring that my health was his number one priority. Couldn’t recommend him more!!
My problem of chronic diarrhea has not been resolved. I was very specific about requesting an MD rather than an RN but on follow up visit he was not available. Will not be returning to his office. I also requested that my medical records be retrieved for review. They were later located after I left the office and I received a call with information I already knew. Waste of my time.
I've been a patient of his for probably 15 years. I love his calm demeanor and willingness to listen and give thoughtful responses even on issues unrelated to gastro issues. He's so knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Wouldn't go to anyone else for my digestive issues. Also love his nurse practitioner, Alaina. I feel very comfortable seeing her for routine follow-ups.
If you do go see Dr Rubery, expect a wait of 1-2 hours in the waiting room, then another 1-2 hours in the examine room before he gets around to you. He has no personality. His knowledge is questionable as I’ve been going to him for same issue (colitis) and receive same treatment plan every time and get no results. I stayed with him for 4 years and have now gotten smart and found a helpful, friendly, fast, concerned doctor elsewhere.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
