List of Caroline Studdard's Reviews
This was my first visit with Dr. Studdard. We spent sometime getting to know each other and my medical history. I felt she spent a reasonable amount of time for the visit and did not feel rushed.
Great staff and doctor. Timely, professional, and knowledgeable. Just what you need for your medical care.
Dr. Studdard is a great person and shows that she really cares about getting you better and listening to what your concerns are. More doctors should take note that this is what healthcare is about !!!
Very friendly and pleasant office staff.
She was very easy to talk to and had made herself familiar with my problems. I am pleased to have her be my Primary Care Physician.
Check in was not good. Enjoyed the experience with the doctor was great.
I am so happy to have Dr Studdard back in Birmingham. She is the best primary care physician I've ever had! Her new office in Liberty Park is gorgeous. The front desk staff and nurse techs are friendly, efficient and have a sense of humor too. Dr Studdard makes me feel welcome and totally at ease. She has the best attitude and bedside manner. She listens to all my concerns and answers any questions in a way easy to understand. Her follow-up with labs and tests after an office visit is prompt and thorough. I have a extensive medical history and she accepts me for who I am no matter how weird or complex things get. It's wonderful having a doctor who feels like a kindred spirit. She loves dogs too!
Dr. Studdard was friendly but this place is more like a factory feel then a family Dr. I made an appointment for a wellness check/physical. They took your money prior to your appointment and then took your blood pressure and weight. After you are seated and then asked some questions. The dr asks the same questions and then you are shuffled out. No blood work or anything. Just has your blood pressure always been high and when was the last time your lipids were tested…. Which was actually why I was there. I was expecting a full check up. Then after your are shuffled out the lady at the front gives you a business card saying that is how you make your next appointment. So I paid 20 dollars and my insurance is paying for what was a chat with a Dr. Not the best place if you are looking for more.
Our previous primary physician Dr. Crocker was wonderful but left the health system in August. So I needed to see the doctor for my toe pain possibly the onset for gout. We were told our new primary doctor will be Dr. Studdard and starting to see patients which is great news. So we made the appointment and well I was not impressed at all. I didn’t get the care I’m use to and I didn’t appreciate the new doctors remarks about me not possibly having gout based on the shoes I had on. Not very professional and a bit rude. Plus the nurse that called back the following day about my blood work results was just as unpleasant. The only nice and professional people we had at my office visit was the front desk staff, the lady that checks your vitals and the lab tech that did my blood work. Not sure where Grandview Medical found this doctor but not a good match.
Dr. Studdard and all of the office staff are so friendly and helpful. As someone who has spent a lot of time trying to avoid going to the doctor, it’s nice to have a knowledgeable and friendly health care team that takes the time to really listen. I would recommended Dr. Studdard to anyone!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
