Dr. Pitts was nice and has great bedside manners. He explained that I didn’t have a cyst which had me worried bc my family doctor said I had one. Hope his suggestions help over the next few months before my follow up.

Dr. Pitts was most attentive to each question and concern. He explained every detail about my foot and exactly what would take place during surgery … and in healing.

After 2 hours of waiting, I saw the doctor. He was very nice but the staff from the desk on are rude and generally didn’t seem to care or want to be bothered. Especially the staff in the radiology department. So very rude. The doctor took time to address some of my concerns but not all of them. I would expect to have everything addressed after such an excessive wait time. I would not recommend this clinic simply due to the lack of patient care by the staff. I actually don’t have anything negative to say about the doctor. That’s pretty neutral. As a medical professional myself, I expect a certain level of patient care and this clinic is not providing it. I would say that Dr. Pitts should find a different practice for better ratings because his potential will never be seen at Andrew’s Sports Medicine unless they make some major changes.
