Endocrinology workers Don’t even help you they make appointments for so many years just so they don’t even help you.
Excellent care for my grandson's heart surgery. The doctors and staff were very professional.

My 12 year old had extreme pain in her abdomen so we brought her to Children's Hospital traveling all the way from Oxford because our pediatrician here in Anniston sends all patients needing after hours care to Children's Hospital. We've used this hospital / emergency room for years with excellent service. I have to give them a 1 star because the google page won't let me go any lower. We arrive around 1:30 am , did a urine sample to test for UTI's and didn't get seen until 6:20 am. My daughter had to stay until 10:30. That's 9 hours in the ER! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE !!!!! We witnessed a few people wait and wait and they finally just walked out. I am 54 years old and have been to the ER in different hospitals with different people needing to go & have NEVER waited anywhere more than 3-4 hours max. Please be warned: People are having to wait & suffer for extremely long wait times at this hospital ER now. DISSATISFIED & DISGUSTED by this horrible service from 12/28/23 .
Bitcoin is valuable and no one will give you for free. Bitcoin doesn't mine overnight although many people claim that, but it's not possible, otherwise they wouldn't be placing ads on Facebook for people to come mine with them so the best you can do for yourself is to invest with an accepted and financially secured bitcoin investment company that would grant you success & get your future secured. I took my 5 grandkids tonight 11/24/23 around this evening around 230pm there was absolutely nothing done my daughter gave several complaints and they only listened to their chest through their shirts, didn’t do urine culture even do they have a specimen, no suggestions for hand mouth and foot symptoms and she also requested chest X-ray And Doctor wouldn’t do these kids have sick off and on for 4 months no help from e no help from pediatrician it’s frustrating on all ends but I think more test couldn’t be ran the kids are suffering with different things from fevers asthma symptoms headaches stomached pink eye rsv concentration issues chest pains and a few other things and this have been going on for months and no one seems to listen it’s like they hurry up to get you out so they can sit down and relax the medical world has gone to hell in a hand basket we all need better doctors for these kids it’s sickening
With RSV being at an all time high, I understand being super busy but that does not mean you should forget about your patients. My daughter was admitted for RSV, Bronchiolitis and Pneumonia and at first the care was great but after the 2nd night staying here I felt like we were put on the back burner and my concerns were put off with bad attitude. We were then told we were being moved to Dearth Tower and it took several hours for this to happen and the nurses were in too much of a rush to do their shift changes that I just felt my daughter was their last concern. Her IV machine was going off for over 15 minutes even after I tried to call a nurse in and in the meantime my daughter projectile vommited everywhere and I stood there alone with her a while longer while they did their shift change. We moved to Dearth Tower several hours later that night and the nurses were great there but the next morning ( day 3 )my daughter's doctor came in telling me how great she was recovering, she sounded good and we were going to plan to discharge.. well 5 o'clock rolled around and her doctor never showed back up. I asked our nurse at the time what the plan was and she had absolutely no idea that we were planning to discharge. A FEW hours go by and a nurse I had never met before walked in fired up telling me how they're super busy and the doctors leave at 5 and that they only have ONE DOCTOR for the whole entire hospital for emergencies only and that person couldn't discharge us because they didn't know anything about my daughters situation. She also told me I should make sure I tell the nurse what my doctor say so they know what is going on. My job is to worry about my daughter, not make sure the nurse and the doctor communicate..that night the nurses came in more than any night we stayed there even though "she was great and sounded great" we both did not sleep at all. If her IV machine wasnt going off they were in the room checking her vitals. Then this nurse proceeded to tell me we aren't being discharged. The next morning, (day 4) her 2nd doctor (that wasn't the one that talked to me about discharge) came in and basically told us we could get ready to be discharged. I fully believe they kept us there another night to milk our insurance. Not to mention I've requested her medical records from her visit about 2 weeks ago and still have not received them. I will never come back to this hospital ever again. I could say so much more but I feel I got my point across. Terrible experience. 0 stars.
This has been the absolute worse experience. The anesthesia nurse needs sensitivity training. When asking about my 3 years old sons medical history I informed her he was shot in may in his chest to which her reply was “well it was just superficial” (it was actually very traumatic as imagined) , no one will help, there’s no where to charge my babies phone for when he comes out of surgery. We were told to be here at 545 in the morning with him not being able to eat and he wasn’t even taken back til after 830. He’s 3 we have a 3 hour drive home. This hospital is so disappointing given what’s supposed to be associated with children’s.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
