Dr. Balliao replaced my old Doctor of 25 years in June of 2017 at Simon-Williamson Clinic. I called to set up an appointment with the new doctor and get a refill on my blood pressure medicine phoned in. I was told there were no appointments until November 2017. Simon-Williamson Clinic has my records from 1970 to current, yet she would not look at my chart and phone in a medication needed to keep me from dying? I called again and explained that this was urgent and again told "we can't do that.
