The doctors are great as are the nurses. However, I can’t recommend this office because it is run horribly. I was on hold for over 23 minutes to schedule my child an appointment. I asked someone else in my family to try and get through on their lines and their call was picked up within seconds and they were scheduled. How horrible for a place that is supposed to take care of our children for selecting what calls are accepted and what aren’t. It’s sickening, really.

Absolutely love Dr. McMillian and nurse Dana!! They are always there for us when our sweet boy is sick! Dr. Irons is also wonderful when Dr. McMillian is out of the office. Wouldn’t trust anyone else with our little one ❤️

I have been very fortunate to have two excellent physicians at this location. The first one was Dr. Odrizen, but she retired and Dr. Tracy Butcher took her place. I can't say enough good about both of these women. Dr. Butcher has a wonderful personality and is extremely easy to talk to. She really enjoys her job and everyone around her can feel it..I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a good pediatrician.

I called today to make an appointment for tomorrow for my son who has the common crud. They said you had to call the day of they no longer took appointments for the next day. I told them that was okay Id just find somebody else that wanted the business. What kind of doctor's office doesn't like apartments booked 24 hours in advance? Because of stupidity....they lost my business.

I have had a wonderful experience thus far at this practice. It's like night and day compared to another practice we used to go to. I have had a few different doctors at this office until we finally settled on Dr. Darby. All of the doctors and nurses are great and and so is the staff. We barely sit in the waiting room and I feel like our concerns are heard and throughly discussed.

I took my 2 teenage grandsons for an annual check-up on 7/26. Their ages are 13 & 15, Damian & Draco. They saw Dr. Flanagan. I would like to commend Dr. Flanagan for his thoroughness and thoughtful manner. Dr. Flanagan also had a calming demeanor. He also showed my grandsons his Star Wars socks which immediately put my grandsons at ease. Draco also has a tendency to be difficult when getting a shot (the 13 year old) but due to Dr. Flanagan’s calm response to Draco’s “I don’t like shots” for the first time Draco got a shot without physical protest. Dr. Flanagan is an excellent pediatrician and I recommend him highly.

Would not recommend if you want fast effective care for your child. I have been waiting for them to contact me for an appointment for my child as a new patient. I have Called several time. I don’t think this should be the first impression or the standard for patients. I end up going to another practice in trace crossing that I would recommend

We have been at Greenvale for approximately 15 years and we have had great service from all the staff until recently. I will not go into the details, but Dr. Irons would not see my child regarding some issue even though she has been a patient of hers since Dr. Glascow retired a few years ago.

Dr Darby and all of the nurses are extremely knowledgeable, patient, and kind. Great with kids, excellent quality of care and thoroughness.

Doctors are nice but the receptionists are extremely rude!!!! We will be changing practices!!!
