Communication is horrible. It should not take over a week to get a prescription called in nor call a patient back. I've called daily. I have even made it to the office to be told my appointment is canceled because the drip I'm on wasn't ordered before. I am fed up with this unprofessional actions.

I have been Dr. Morgan‘s patient for years. He is absolutely amazing and so is his staff. I never feel like I’m a number to him. He listens to me and I always feel like he is my best advocate. I highly recommend Dr. Morgan and his staff.

Dr Morgan is best RA doctor I have seen yet . He works with you to find right solutions for you . He helps with everything and understands the disease and what we deal with. Very easy to talk to . He is aware of everything going on with everything going on from each visit . Thanks for taking care of me .

Dr. John Morgan is an excellent and thorough doctor. He takes his time and makes sure you have a clear understanding of what's going on. He also is available when you need him. He takes his time with every patient and makes sensible recommendations. I would efinitely recommend anyone to see him.

Dr.Morgan is a GREAT DOCTOR that does a FULL PHYSICAL & LAB WORK UP. Unlike most doctors I've dealt with, Dr.Morgan DIDN'T make me feel like I was just another number because he actually takes the time to listens to my concerns, my input, and he asks questions. I would and have recommended to anyone that needs a Rhuematoligist. Also his staff is VERY nice and actually answers the phone.

Poor communication. Left patients with no care, while he is out of the office for an unknown amount of time. Would not recommend this doctor office at all.

I have been a patient of Dr.Morgans for going 5 years. To say his office is always out of sorts is an understatement. He receantly got sick and had surgery do to an unknown circumstance. But unprofesionaly have left patients without monthly meds, and no direction. ( im sincere about Dr. Morgans health) but its not up to sick patients to seek medical care outside of there regular doctors office. Simon Williams Clinic is awful and i have been told by nurses at this hospital to run. Run far away from medical care here.

Doctor is out of office for six weeks with no doctor covering him - leaving his patients without their meds and a medical assistant in charge. Avoid like the plague.
