Staff are super nice and when it’s your turn to see Dr. Robbins he listens to your problem and takes his time with you. He does not rush you and he has a calming bedside manner.

This visit was my usual 3 month visit to have my A1C checked. No problems.

Blue Cross will not cover Mounjaro and it is about $900 out of pocket. Can you get with Blue Cross to authorize it

Feels like I spent 90 to 120 seconds with the doctor. Had an appointment at 3:15. Was called back at 4:15 and still had to wait to see the doc. Got to spend plenty of time with a student. Still waiting for my A1C results. Had to ask the lab staff for the tests that I discussed with the doctor because he could not remember to order them. This office seems too busy to provide good care. Looking for new doctor.
