This has been my doctor for the past three years. I just went to make an appointment and found out he has left the state without even notifying his current patients! I cannot believe that this occurs today: that a cardiologist can pick up and leave without even notifying his patients in advance. I just tried to refill my heart meds and Learned that he is no longer at the office, and I now have to scramble to find a new cardiologist.
