Every aspect of care from initial consult to follow up was efficient, safe, and professional. Dr B was extremely confident about an issue I had raised with other surgeons and always had been turned away. He definitely knew what he was doing, I had zero issues and am glad I found him!

I had a great experience with Dr. Beckenstein’s office. Staff is very nice and supportive. Dr. Beckenstein seems very nice and knowledgeable. Sounds like he is very experienced in what he does, so that is always comforting! There were lots of people there to see him, so you can tell he’s a busy man, but he knows how to be efficient in getting it all done in a timely fashion. Great experience!

Very unprofessional. I went in for a consultation about my hair loss and was very disappointed. Before visiting, I had not even submitted any pictures of my hair loss so I figured they would look at it when I got there. I met with Dr. Beckenstein and before even observing where my hair loss was he immediately started spewing out what I believed would be the "best" treatment for my case. He did not look at the hair follicles under a microscope or even take a look when he first walked into the room. Finally, after rambling on for a couple of minutes about what he thought was best, he decided to take a look at my scalp. He just continued to agree with his original statement. How can you know what the best treatment option is within the first two minutes of meeting a patient and not even looking at their head? Doesn't make sense to me. Anyways, I paid a $125 consultation fee and drove two hours for a five-minute consultation with a man who couldn't even take the time to look at my head. How would you feel if you went to the doctor for a sore throat and without even looking in your throat the doctor said, "Yeah it's just allergies, take this medication and get out." That's what this experience felt like. His nurses that questioned me were very unprofessional as well. After telling me that I was good to leave and to sign out at the front desk, they approached me in the hallway and began questioning me about my family history, medications I'm taking, and stuff like that. This all happened in the middle of the hallway because they forgot to ask for this stuff in the private room (pretty sure that violates HIPAA btw). Very unprofessional clinic. Don't waste money or time on this circus.
