I've had my daughter at this practice for 8 years now. We've had our ups and downs with some staff members. But I have to say, Mrs. Kelly has been there for me since day 1! I was a freaked out, panicked, first time mom. She always called me back and resolved Every. Single. Issue that I have ever had! Even office issues that I don't think she usually gets involved with. But she did! And saw it through to get corrected! It took me a long time to realize that it was always her, but I see you Mrs. Kelly and thank you so much!! When our original pediatrician(Dr. Jones) left the practice, we considered leaving as well. I decided to stay for 1 more appointment and told them to put me with any doctor, I didn't care. That's when we met Dr. Bradford. Dr. Bradford has surpassed all expectations I had thought was a good doctor. I really feel like we're a team, working together to find out what is best for my daughter's situation. I'm so grateful for Mrs. Kelly and Dr. Bradford. Love, Ally's mom Laura

After my son has been here for 2 years I’ve never had a problem until this week. While Dr Beasley is awesome it’s the business that’s the issue. I received an email of a forged signature form and consent that was given to a third party when I did not sign the form! I’ve tried to reach out to Stephanie the office manager and was told she would call me back NEVER GOT THE CALL!!! While I’m super frustrated and upset I’ve decided to take legal counsel. I’m so hurt and frustrated by this business and I am removing my son!!!

My kids have been coming here for years, my oldest daughter is 20. This office have went down hill, the women up front are so rude all of them. The short white lady that takes the blood need to retire.They need to update the office. It’s not welcoming, it’s a kids doctors office, it’s not kid’s friendly at all. My kids see Dr. Beasley, it’s getting to a point I don’t wanna come here. They don’t wanna give the kids any medicine if they are sick.

Two of my granddaughters had to go to the emergency room because they didn't diagnose them right. They think giving children Tylenol or ibuprofen cure everything. One of them had to have a blood transfusion last year and the other one had a high fever 104 degrees because of an ear infection she had for awhile this year Dr.Mccullum said she didn't have one . But the emergency room said she had it for awhile. We just had a appointment Monday and today is Thursday. She was more concerned about giving a flu shot instead of the baby health .

Terrible, sat there 3 hours to see if child had an ear infection and saw child for 6 minutes and then wanted me to make a separate appointment for 2 year well visit they didn't bother to schedule when he turned 2 a couple of months ago.

Only giving them a 1 because you have to rate. It would def be a 0. Been coming here for over 12 years, and this place gets worse with each visit! I’m over Midtown I wouldn’t suggest anyone to go there. Lots of playing and talking amongst the employees. I’ve waited over a month for an appt. Wait time is ridiculous! Over it!

How long you have to wait is ridiculous!!! Even with appointments. The doctors are good, but it doesn’t make up for the fact that the time is RIDICULOUS!!!!

I’ve been coming here 15 years and I’m over it…..it’s take forever for an appt to get her and have to wait another 2 hour before the doctor come in. My son Medicaid shows inactive in there system and I call Medicaid and it’s active. They still will not see my 1 year old….. Medicaid worker said they can call and verify it’s active, they said no they can’t call…..they have to go by their system. We have to make arrangements for appts, and I hate my time being wasted. Hands down Dr Walls is awesome, the only reason I still bring my kids. The rest of the staff is Awful and so unprofessional!

When Scheduling an appt I had a really rude lady answer my called with an attitude, I was only able to schedule an appt for one of my kids, she stated she couldn't schedule them both since I didn't let her know in the beginning of the call .I tried too IF she would have not interpreted me.
