I’ve been waiting about three weeks just to make a simple appointment. The lady I talked to this morning was beyond unprofessional and already had an attitude at 10 am. She really fixed her thin lips to ask me “Well what would you like me to do?! Cancel the appointment?” Ma’am do your job and make the appointment that I’ve been trying to make since I seen y’all 3 weeks ago. Y’all wouldn’t be so behind if everyone did their job correctly and had a little hint of professionalism. How you mad cause I’m seeking medical attention from your place of employment?
