I haven't actually had my colonoscopy yet, really in fear of doctors not caring and things you see on the news. But after thoroughly searching several gastroenterologist, I am comfortable and convinced after reading Dr Molly's reviews that I'm setting an appointment with her for mid January.

Everyone is very kind and professional. They seem happy to work there, have compassion for the patients. My doctor is very sweet and approachable. She answers questions and listens to me.

Everyone is especially nice and does a great job. Love Dr. McVey. Best Gastroenterologist ever!!! She is very thorough and doesn't rush you. She leaves no stone unturned to figure out your problem.

Dr. McVey was awesome! Very attentively listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions. She communicates very well with her patients. The waiting time was reasonable and not too long. The follow-up process seems very easy to use and communicate for answers.

I had a colonoscopy with Molly on 8-8-23. Dr. McVey was great. She was very polite and professional. The girls at her Molly's office that answer the phone and provide information were not worth having. I called in on 8-2-23 and the girl told me she mailed my directions and time of my office visit 5 months ago. I told her I didn't have that information, she said she would email it. On 8-3-23 I call several times and their phone system was down so on 8-4-23 I called back and the girl told me i needed to be at the office at 8-30 am Monday and she corrected my email and sent a email later that day. On Saturday I received a text message saying my appointment was Tuesday not Monday ( thank goodness I got the text with the correct information) So with all of this said I give Dr. McVey five stars and her office personal ZERO stars for their review.
