I saw Dr. Ketchem a few days ago and I was so pleasantly pleased with the service I received. The service was thorough, the staff was pleasant and the physician related to me in a way that was comprehensive to me (which is extremely important to a new patient). Also, the treatment I received was what I needed rather than more than was necessary for my diagnosis. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

My son was seen by Dr. Ketchum for two different injuries. Dr. Ketchum has always been very thorough and taken his time to reassure us with the plan of care. He takes the time to listen. His office staff is very kind and knowledgeable as well. They all go above and beyond to help during a stressful situation to ensure we understand and leave with confidence that we have the right plan in place for healing! I would highly recommend Dr. Ketchum and his team! We are grateful to have high quality and safe patient care available.

The wait time in this office is less than 10 minutes. The office staff are helpful and friendly. Dr. Ketchum is treating both of my knees for osteoarthritis with injections. These injections have relieved my knee pain tremendously. On a pain scale of 1 to 10, my knee pain was 9. After the injections the pain has lessened to 3.
