I've been with Dr Meadows for a while. He is very personable and has easy to talk to. He misdiagnosed a rash though, and it took me a year to figure it out (after scheduling my own appointment a derm at UAB). So, I can't give 5 stars.

My visit with this doctor was horrible!!!!!!! He has no bedside manners and very rude!!!!!! After sitting in a room for an hour with an appointment!!!!!! I have no medical problems so having a swollen foot was a big concern to me and I needed some answers. He looked at my foot and said there were no worries not to loose any sleep over it. I think anytime you have swelling in your foot that looks like the nutty professional foot its a problem there. He was not interested or concerned about my situation at all!!!! Rolling his eyes to the ceiling as I asked him another question about what was going on with me. I don't see how he has a 5 star review maybe because I'm black is the reason he was soooo rude. I would give him a zero he doesn't deserve a star from me. I still left with a swollen foot with no medical treatment or knowing the cause. I told him I thought that he was a primary doctor that I could continue coming to he wasn't interested in me being a new patient but he didn't have any problems telling me how to exit the building.

They value the patient’s time, and Dr. Meadows never rushes. He is both pleasant and knowledgeable. I recommend him.

Best doctor around, hands down! Kind, Friendly, and personable. Very intelligent and knows his stuff! Takes his time to talk with you and does not rush in and out to the next patient or make you feel like your visit didn't accomplish anything. He genuinely cares about his patients and it shows

I have been a patient of Dr. Meadows for several years and have been very pleased with the level of care. I have some unique medical issues that other doctor's dismissed but Dr. Meadow's listened and has helped. If something came up that needed a specialist he has recommended several and his recommendations have been fantastic. He genuinely cares for his patients and not only asks about how I'm doing at my visits, he asks about my family.
